The city council plans to meet at 8:30 a.m. in the Fountain Conference Room (7700 Market Boulevard) on Saturday, Jan. 10, to discuss its 2009 key financial strategies.

At this meeting, councilors will review the city staff's proposed 2009 strategis and discuss the council's 2009 strategies. They will also review the council's 2008 strategies and discuss whether they are complete, if more information is needed or if strategies should be classified as 'ongoing'.

This meeting is open to the public and scheduled to adjourn at 11:30 a.m.
