The international financial crisis has given world leaders a unique opportunity to create a truly global society, Britain's Prime Minister Gordon Brown says. He thinks Britain, the United States and Europe are key to forging a new world order. In 1992 at a United Nations Conference, The Earth Summit, a "communitarian plan" for reinventing a global government was adopted.

There were no public votes cast for or against it in any of the affected "free" nations. Average citizens were not consulted. In most free and democratic countries, the nation's taxpayers (who pay for it) were never even told about it. The U.S. president was Bill Clinton. Discussions had been ongoing prior to the 1992 adoption.

The purpose of Agenda 21 is to bring all nations of the globe together into a communitarian system.

You can read the complete Agenda 21 plan for the Unites States here: http://www.un.org/esa/agenda21/natlinfo/countr/usa/eco.htm

See an explanation of Agenda 21 here: http://www.iisd.org/rio+5/agenda/agenda21.htm

Agenda 21 is to be fully adopted and functional throughout the world by the year 2020.

Bloomberg.com is reporting on the Center for American Progress, a left-wing think tank with a $27 million annual budget, thanks in part to funding from benefactors such as billionaire George Soros.

CAP "has become in just five years an intellectual wellspring for Democratic policy proposals, including many that are shaping the agenda of the new Obama administration," reports Bloomberg.

Just eight days after the Nov. 4 election, CAP released a 300,000-word volume called "Change for America: A Progressive Blueprint for the 44th President" that offers advice on issues such as economic revival and fixing the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Why has a local newspaper chosen to become something akin to the FreeRepublic or Drudge Report?

Stick to local news...this stuff is just getting embarassing.
