Back to page topThe Lake Ann Park Picnic Shelter project is 75 percent complete. However, since the start of construction the cost of the project has increased by $16,802.40. This is due to sodding the area around the shelter, rather than seeding it, and conpensating the contractor for extra materials needed to accomodate the delivery of a shelter building that is approximately 20 feet longer than originally specified. City staff expect to be able to open to open the shelter to the public by mid to late May.
