No, that doesn't count. It sounds like fun. I'm looking for maliciousness, spite, criminal intent.

All I can say is that last night around 1 a.m. somebody came and smashed all of our outside Christmas decorations. Broke our 3 deer in half; tore a hole in our 6 ft tall snow globe and ripped the stuffing or whatever you call it out; and then broke our trees in half.
My husband spent days/hours putting together a beautiful lighted Christmas scene. Not to mention the cost of such damage, we are just so heart broken that someone could do this.

A few years back my husband put up some brand new decorations for Christmas. They were those coiled neon style trees. There were three of them set up in our garden and took some time and muscle to put up. Maybe only a few hours later after dark, maybe 10 o'clock, I looked outside thinking we should turn off the lights. I noticed the display wasn't lit very well, so stepped outside to see what was the matter. 2 trees had been ripped right out the ground and only a half broken one remained. I could not believe it! Who could have done such a terrible thing. I was glad our young son was asleep. About a half hour later I heard a noise outside and looked out to see the criminal back to finish the job. Unfortunitely, he got away too fast as I screamed out the door, without my glasses on but in my PJs. To this day we do not put up lights in our lawn, only in the windows. We did however report it to the police but they couldn't do much since we didn't see the license on the car that sped away. I figure it was the Grinch.
