Dan Ress's environmental science class at Chaska High School met with legislators after speaking at a hearing Tuesday about Seminary Fen, which is on a possible route for a new river crossing bridge. The class is monitoring Assumption Creek, a trout stream that runs through the fen. Also pictured is Rep. Joe Hoppe, R-Chaska, left, and committee chairman Rep. Rick Hansen, DFL-South St. Paul. For audio of the hearing, click here.
