According to the Star

According to the Star Tribune, last Friday's snow was created by a potent mix of two low pressure areas and a cold front. The sky unloaded nearly 10 inches of snow on Chanhassen.

Wind chill warnings, cold weather, typical winter.

What does this mean for the global climate change movement? The global warming crowd?

One-and-a-half inches of rain was reported at the National Weather Service office in Chanhassen, with nearly three inches reported in other parts of the Twin Cities metro area on Saturday morning.

Flying Cloud Airport in Eden Prairie recorded a wind gust of 61 knots, about 70 mph, according to the National Weather Service office.

Trees and branches succumbed to the gale wind, as did a stop sign leading into the Byerly's parking lot off Kerber Blvd. There were also reports of the wind overtuning a dock and a pontoon on Lake Susan.

Did you have any damage?
