The Chanhassen High School Bands will present their inaugural concert entitled "Fall Colors" this evening in the Chanhassen High School Theater. The concert, led by Director of Bands Paul Swanson, begins at 7:30 p.m. There is no charge for admission.

While the marching band has already performed several times this year, this concert marks the first time that the school's bands will appear on the stage. Each of the school's three concert bands will be featured, as well as the marching band. Highlights of the concert include composer Andrew Boysen's musical interpretation of the "Legend of Sleepy Hollow," Ron Nelson's "Mayflower Overture," and the marching band's performance of their homecoming show music "Journey of Man."
