We received one inquiry about the "floating fingers" in a photo on the front page of the Chanhassen Villager this week. (So I bet others are curious too). The stray hand was in a photo showing Commissioner Tom Workman holding a board while he was out at the Waconia ballroom septic system. A reader wondered whether we had photoshopped the hand in or a person out of the photo. The hand belongs to former county commissioner Paul Neumann, who was helping prop up the board that had previously been knocked over by the wind. Neumann was facing backward and kind of crouched over. This photo shows a bit of his jacket to the left of the board. To see the story about the septic system issue, click here.
