The Planning Commission public hearing was on April 15. Superdog Country Club If approved by the planning commission at a May 20 public hearing, this could come up at the June 9 city council meeting. The developer plans a 21,000 square-foot one-story veterinary clinic and kennel located at 2910 82nd Street. Walgreens and retail The city council has yet to take action on plans for a developer to build two retail buildings and upgrade the façade and parking lot of an existing strip mall on the southwest corner of the intersection of Highway 41 and Highway 7 (2401 and 2499 Highway 7). The Planning Commission public hearing date was April 15. The city council is scheduled to discuss it at their May 12 meeting. Audubon Corporate Center/IDI This project was approved by the city council on April 14.
