What to do with the surplus?

What to do with the surplus? What to do...Here's a thought. Split into 3rds. 1/3 to the Vikings to build a stadium to their liking. Build monuments to all the former thugs, I mean stars they want. Personally, I am not a fan, but I do feel for the county that gets to feel the sting of the legislative gavel to appease millionaires. Secondly, 1/3 goes to the Twins to build a classic American baseball stadium a la Wrigley, Fenway, etc. Not too big like the dome is (that curtain in center is embarrassing). Thirdly, the last 1/3 goes back into a fund that will gain interest for the legislature to LOWER MY PROPERTY TAX. When the state senate talks about giving MY MONEY to a millionaire to build a park for other millionaire's to play a GAME is perposterous. Then the millionaire will turn around and complain that he isn't getting the support from the state. Whah, whah, Leave. Please don't tell me we need to put it into the educational system. I don't think the assistant to the assistant deputy cultural diversity supervisor would know what to do with that type of cash [hint, cut the fat from your top heavy environment] That's my 2 cents. Take it or leave it.
