Contemporary labels used by the watershed district and the state department of natural resources fall on the side of those who claim it’s Chanhassen.

Snap Fitness, Inc., the rapidly growing franchisor of compact, 24/7 express fitness clubs, today announced it will open new clubs in Bangalore and Mumbai, India. Summer's a busy time at PROP food shelf, in fact, it's the busiest time, according to the organization's recent newsletter.
Some of the items most needed in the summer are:
* vegetable oil
* sugar
* flour
* crackers
* canned fruit
* kids' snacks
* pancake mix/syrup
* canned tomatoes
* fruit juice
* toilet paper
* diapers (sizes 4, 5, 6)
* coffee/tea
It’s common for children ages 3 to 8 to develop nighttime fears. They might imagine their lamp growing arms, legs and fangs. They might imagine that one of their toys has come to life – or that there’s a monster in their room.
While the monsters might not be real, the fears behind them are, according to the founders of “Your Thyme,” and authors of "Bye Bye Monster," Mary Horan of Shakopee and Kelly Lucente of Plymouth.

Steve Sarvi, Victoria city adminstrator, former Watertown mayor, and Iraq war veteran, announced that he is running for U.S. Congress. He will run for the seat in Minnesota's 2nd Congressional District currently occupied by Rep. John Kline. Sarvi announced his candidacy Thursday, 10 a.m. at the State Capitol in St. Paul.
