Hawks, Skippers, Fire and Stars in action on Monday?

The wet and snowy weather has wreaked havoc with the already tight spring prep sports schedules.

The best bet is to go day-by-day.

Monday, April 28, there are a pair of golf tournaments in town. The Hawk girls team hosts an invitational at the Chaska Town Course starting at 11 a.m. Minnetonka, Hutchinson, Burnsville, Eastview, Eden Prairie, Hopkins, Jefferson, Lakeville North, Owatonna, Prior Lake, Armstrong, Lakeville South and Rosemount are scheduled to compete.

The Hawk boys team is in second place after two Lake Conference tournaments this season, and will host the third tourney at 2 p.m. today at Hazeltine National.

The Hawk boys tennis team is scheduled to host Lakeville South at 3:30 p.m. today.

Chaska's softball game at Apple Valley, originally scheduled for today, was pushed back to 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.

The Hawk boys lacrosse team plays a makeup game against Prior Lake at 6:30 p.m., on the CHS stadium field.

Minnetonka

Minnetonka’s boys golf team takes on Armstrong at 3:30 p.m.
today at Golden Valley Country Club.

The Skipper boys tennis team is at Bloomington Jefferson for a 3:45 p.m. nonconference dual today.

The Minnetonka softball team hosts Wayzata at 4:15 p.m. today.

The Tonka boys and girls lacrosse teams are at Wayzata today. The girls game is set for 6 p.m., with the boys game following at 7:30 p.m.

Holy Family Catholic

Holy Family Catholic will also try to get back on the fields today.

The Fire baseball team is scheuled to play a doubleheader today at LeSueur-Henderson, starting at 4 p.m.

Holy Family’s girls golf team will look to win its second Minnesota River Conference Tournament today with a 4 p.m. start at Dahlgren Golf Course in Chaska.

The Fire softball team plays at 4 p.m. today at Mound-Westonka and the girls lacrosse team
hosts Mankato at 5:30 p.m.

Southwest Christian

Southwest Christian High School of Chaska has a boys golf tournament today at Baker National Golf Course in Medina starting at 3:45 p.m. today. Heritage Christian, Maranatha, Meadow Creek Christian, New Life Academy, Providence Academy and Trinity will all tee it up.

The Star baseball and softball team will head to Brooklyn Park to take on Maranatha today at 4 p.m.. The baseball game is at Noble Sports Park, and the softball game is at Zane Sports Park.
