Chaska competed in the Lake Conference track and field meet, May 20-21 at Lakeville South High School.
The Hawk boys finished sixth overall with a pair of event champions - junior Derek Jerde in the high jump and senior Paul Yerhot in the 200 sprint. Chaska's Andy Keller took second place in the pole vault.
Chaska's girls team took ninth overall, with top finishers Lauren Rothschiller (second place in the triple jump) and Jena Franz (third place in the pole vault).
