| 4 | | | 5 | | | 5 | | | 8 | | I know he was released a couple of weeks ago from jail. Just seems like if you are on house arrest in Scott County then move to Carver County, someone should know. My concern is really only for the neighbors. Good to know that the name will stay the same.
| 9 | | Ivan Lavrusik was convicted of a felony, promoting prostitution, but he is not considered a sex offender. Therefore, neighbors do not have to be notified of his presence in the area.
Lavrusik is listed in Scott County records as still having a Shakopee address. Furthermore, his application for a name change was denied on Feb. 1 by a Scott County judge.
Carver County Sheriff’s Lt. Peter Anderley said he has not been notified that Lavrusik is in the community. We haven’t gotten through to Scott County yet.
